firstly I went to health Camp because I was over weigth.  and I need to lose weigth.  the whole propes. of me going there with my brother.  so I know what to eat that healthy .I got know other student that was there. my mum
and dad wish me and my brother  luck. in that
moment I know what they mean. because me and
my brother is going to need it .for health camp me
and my brother is going to sacrafise . 


Secondly  in the week. all the other student eated 
breakfast in the hall. after that we all went our class. we learn't hard maths and quiz. in morning
tea I had a orngins with muffins. at health camp
after that we went to our class .after we had class
we lunch muffins  and a oringin juce .


lasty on the last week  we all had bisco party for
what we all achieveded health Camp some people
were in the games room . I was sad that we all going to leave Health Camp

CHILLY MILK EXPERIMENT:

PURPOSE:   TO OBSERVE AND RECORD THE CHANGES WHEN DIFFERENT MILK IS PUT IN THE FREEZER.

WHAT YOU NEED: a selection of 3 different type of milk

clear container

WHAT TO DO: Put  an equal volume of each type of milk in a clear container

Place each container in the freezer

Record what happens to each type of milk as it freezes.  Note its colour, texture and shape.

Record the time it takes to each variety to freeze.

Type of milk	what it looked like once it had frozen	Time taken to freeze

Kindness Mat

We were learning to make a kindness mat to display it at the virtues assembly. We had to follow the instruction from a procedural writing. First we had to pick a A3 sized coloured paper. We measured 5cm for our title and we measured 3cm for the black stripes. After that we put the black stripes on to our colored paper for our pattern. Next we had to either fold it or cut it with scissor at the end. Later we glued it together. Walla you're beautiful kindness mat.

Virtues Assmebly

It was the first virtue assembly of the year. The virtue we were showing was kindness. The reason why room 7 wanted to do the virtue of kindness was because kindness was starting to go away from our school. Before we performed our item we introduced our mat that was named the kindness matt which we followed it from a procedural writing. When I held my matt up high I felt proud of what I have made. My Hub write a poem and song. First we introduced what we were going to do. Then Ascott read a poem about kindness. After that we sang a song to the school about what is kindness. During the singing Rachel and Leone were playing the ukelele. I enjoyed our wonderful assembly.

during the holiday

It  was a beautiful day on Saturday. my mum told my brother and I to go for a shower.

We could do the chore outside in the garden to make it look good and clean. I went to get my towel,  my brother did a wrestling move on me for no reason, I yelled out to my mum loudly,  she said that’s what you get for not listening Oscar. After the incident I had  to go to Otara take an xray on my ankle. After waiting for a doctor, I was told to wear a cast til the next Friday. The next Friday came. I was then told to wear a moon boot. I waited and waited for the day I could finally run around again!.
